SwaraZankar Music Festival started in 2009. The main objective is to enable common music lovers (Kansens) to listen to legendary artists of all Gharanas, all types of instruments and to stage those artists who have not (or rarely) performed. It is organized by Violin Academy, Pune.

SwaraZankar started in Pune, and now after 6 years of successful organisation, they are carrying out this fragrance to Aurangabad, Nasik, Kolhapur, Mumbai, Solapur, Ratnagiri, Jalgaon, Latur, Nagpur, Amravati, Akola, Pandharpur, Satara and Ahmednagar, Baramati, Sangli, in Maharashtra and also in Baroda, Indore, Belgaum, Mysore, Dharwad, Kolkata, Chennai, Chandigarh, Jamshedpur and Bangalore outside Maharashtra.
